Refund Policy

We want you to subscribe because SeedReel makes your work easier — not because you're locked in. This policy keeps it simple.

1. Free trial

New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Video and brief downloads unlock once the trial converts to a paid subscription.

2. 48-hour money-back guarantee

If SeedReel isn't what you expected, email us within 48 hours of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no hoops — one email is enough. After 48 hours, payments are non-refundable — you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

This guarantee exists so you can evaluate the service risk-free — not to rent the library for a week. Accounts showing bulk extraction or abnormal downloading of the catalog are not eligible for a refund.

3. Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel at any time before the renewal date. If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 48 hours of an unwanted renewal without having used the service in the new period, we'll issue a refund as a courtesy.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel anytime via the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us. After cancelling, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
